I just said to my husband ?this is not the best time of day for sparking my creativity.? It’s late afternoon when my desire will turn to caffeine or sugary delights. My husband said: ?But you can create the best time right now?! And I wondered … hmmm, yes, I could. So that’s what I am doing. I’m looking out of the big panes in our office as I write this. It’s late Spring. The dogwoods, azaleas, and trees are alive and full of color. My irises decided to flower this year. I am making it the greatest moment right now. I’m noticing and appreciating. Feelings Become Reality

Maybe You have heard it said, “Emotions directly become things”?

It’s has been said that we have approximately sixty-thousand thoughts per day. Can you conceive that with sixty-thousand thoughts every day, all of those thoughts really materialize into reality? Do not fret, about 2/3 of those brain functions are repeated thoughts. That is, they’re thoughts you have had previously, many of them innumerable times before. A common problem for clients of mine is their belief that you have to lose 50 pounds and be financially secure before they can create long-standing love. This is of course a myth. This is just low self-esteem blocking you from being truly whole.

It is great to desire to look your best, be your perfect self, have high self-esteem and feel good about your money situation. It feels really good to feel stable, confident, and beautiful.

There are a MASSIVE number of industries that feed on peoples’ low sense of self-image. At some point or other, we have all fallen prey to buying that new piece of exercise equipment that promises to make it easy for us to tone up, slim down and own a beautiful self. Supplements, special diet foods or dieting plans, products for our hair, skin, teeth, libido, you name it! And these things are all aimed at one simple premise ? that we are not actually OK the way we already are.

We’re so accustomed to this type of thinking that we hardly even realize [what is. It is no surprise that we subscribe to that pattern of thinking. After all, when we arrive here, on the first day of our life, we’re admired and treated as perfection ? mostly. Then almost immediately we’re compared to how the previous sibling evolved, at what time they attained this ability, sitting up, crawling, learning the language, and so on. Our hair, our bodies and how they are the same or dissimilar to the other one or that. ?Oh, she appears just like Aunt Mary when she was that age.? You know the pattern.

Begin by examining your recurring beliefs and emotions about your body. Most people do not even realize that they have persisting energy or feelings from these early experiences. Negative emotion, whether strong or mild, doesn’t feel good and many of us just teach ourselves to subjugate it, deal with it, or push it further into the underbelly of your mind. We’ve all heard the term “emotional baggage.” We go through life with old unresolved, paining, intense feelings still held somewhere in us.
